Woburn, Mass. - December 31, 2011 - Redline trading Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of ultra-low latency trading solutions, announced the appointment of Mark R. LaForest as its Vice President of Engineering. As a veteran product development executive, Mr. LaForest brings extensive experience in managing product development organizations focused on delivering best in class solutions for high performance computing applications.
Prior to joining Redline, Mr. LaForest held key engineering and senior-level positions at Terason, a division of Teratech corporation and Mercury Computer Systems, successfully implementing process improvement and quality management programs while managing small-to-large engineering teams. Reporting to CEO Mark Skalabrin, Mr. LaForest is responsible for defining and executing product plans and growing Redline’s engineering organization.
