Delivers True BBO/NBBO Quotes Leveraging Direct Feeds
WOBURN, Massachusetts – January 15, 2015 – Redline Trading Solutions, the premier provider of ultra-low latency market data and order execution systems, today launched RedlineFeed™ — a new fully managed, ultra-low latency market data feed built from straight-line aggregation of direct feeds using Redline’s advanced ticker plant. RedlineFeed provides ultra-low latency normalized market data for U.S. equities and options to subscribers with all the cost advantages of a managed service.
“Trading firms are seeking global market data solutions that cost them less to maintain while not compromising low-latency receipt of the data,” said Mark Skalabrin, CEO of Redline Trading Solutions.
RedlineFeed is provided in conjunction with hosting and market data partners. One of the partners participating with Redline is Options IT. “Continual changes to U.S. market structure and rising exchange fees are driving trading firms to revisit their infrastructure choices," commented Options CEO, Nigel Kneafsey. “We’re pleased to partner with Redline and grateful to have been selected to continue supporting the market data and hosting needs of RedlineFeed subscribers.”
RedlineFeed was first deployed to lead customers at Equinix’s Secaucus campus and is now published from multiple co-location data centers. “We are excited that Redline Trading chose to first publish their RedlineFeed on Platform Equinix,” said Barry W. Smith, Managing Director of Global Capital Markets at Equinix. “This is another confirmation that our business model and connectivity to our rich financial services ecosystem have established Equinix's Secaucus campus as the preferred co-location datacenter for automated trading.”
