Throughout his career, Mark Skalabrin has built engineering-centered businesses that combine leading-edge technology with application expertise to solve challenging problems. Before he founded Redline, Mark served as General Manager and Corporate Officer at Mercury Systems. He holds a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Washington State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Matt Sexton is an expert in market microstructure, low-latency architectures, algorithm optimization, and parallel processing. Prior to Redline, Matt served as Technical Director at Mercury Systems. He holds a BSEE and MEng in EECS from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Vice President of Engineering
Mark LaForest is experienced in managing product development teams that deliver best-in-class high-performance solutions. Prior to joining Redline, Mark held key senior engineering positions at Terason and Mercury Systems, successfully implementing process improvement and quality management programs across multiple product lines. He holds a BSEE from Brown University and a MSCE from Northeastern University.
Vice President of Field Engineering
Piyush’s career has focused on technical sales – executing complex proof-of-concept tests, production deployments and support for customers ranging from Tier 1 banks to prop shops needing high performance trading systems. Prior to Redline, Piyush was a presales engineer for Wombat Financial Software. He holds an MS in Computer Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
Vice President of Sales
John has held senior front line sales and managerial positions in the financial technology sector including at Century Link, Goldman Sachs, Deutsche Bank, and Interactive Brokers. He led the effort to convert Goldman’s Sigma X dark pool to match trades using Redline’s ultra-fast synthetic NBBO and created specifications for compliance-based auditing and regression testing. He attended Indiana University.
Vice President of Managed Services
David is experienced in high performance electronic trading operations and technology, with a focus on foreign exchange trading. Prior to joining Redline he served as Vice President of eFX Technology at Goldman Sachs. Previously, at IBM he worked on crypto performance of Linux on z Systems. David earned a dual BS Degree in Computer Science and Computer Systems Engineering at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Chief Financial Officer
Rob McCollum has nearly 20 years of experience in the finance functions at leading technology companies. Prior to Redline, Rob held key senior finance positions at Aspentech and Mercury Systems. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Arizona State University, a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a MS in Finance from Bentley College.
Director of Business Administration
Patricia Yen has diverse experience in business operations and human resources for both start-ups and large corporations including Bank of Boston. She has been responsible for operational activities at these firms, including procurement, vendor management, facilities, HR, events, and employee engagement. Patty holds a BA in Education from Boston College.
Vice President of Marketing
The expertise of Lee Fisher is in developing business, building solution partnerships, and marketing for high-performance systems. Since 1996 he served at HP as business lead for HPC solutions in engineering simulation, and from 2007 to 2012 in ultra-low latency trading. Lee holds a BS in Engineering from Brown University and a MS in Management from the Sloan School at MIT.
